Th 6' x 8" Watercolor Wonders Stamp Set is based on a watercolor painting by a Japanese artist named Akira Mineeda. We met him at an exhibition and were so impressed with his work that we had to acquire a few of his paintings! The number of layers of the flowers and leaves ranges from 1-4. Given the freestyle nature of watercolor, there is really no right or wrong way to stamp these images, hence the endless creative possibilities! There are 34 stamps in this set.

The Watercolor Wonders Stamp Set coordinates with the Watercolor Wonders Die Set and includes 14 dies.

Designer's Tips:

Use the floral images to create a lovely bouquet or wreath on your handmade card, scrapbook page, or DIY gift tag. Try various stamping techniques such as kiss stamping, ghost stamping, or watercolor stamping for a more organic, no-line watercolor look. You may stamp the images as-is or heat emboss to make them pop!

I like that these are very simple images so that the layering doesn't need to be perfect. I used all of the images as a way to create a full background on a card.

Too Difficult to Use

I've tried and tried, watched videos and still cannot use this set. There are too many pieces. Too hard to line up and figure out what goes with what. Wish I could return.

Watercolor wonders

I’m obsessed with altenew and flowers. This is one of my favorites!

Makes me look like a watercolour expert

Love this set. You cannot go wrong with it becayse with watercolour it’s more forgiving and free flowing. So if you are new to layering stamps this is a lovely one to try first I think.

Watercolor fun!

Had a wonderful time playing with my new stamps and dies and making cards! So many ways to do the coloring! My favorite was just making a large watercolor page with the colors I would need, splashing with gold, white and black spots and then die cutting.
