Die Cutting for your Memory Keeping layouts (video tutorial)

Today, i want to share with you a fun way to incorporate die cutting in your memory keeping layouts. Every month Altenew adds many new die sets that can easily help you transform your memory keeping. Imagine creating flowers, leaves, etc. and using them in your scrapbook pages; now image the possibilities when you create your own patterned paper! Let's take a look at the project:
This page features some of the newest Altenew releases ( Craft -a - Flower: Daisy, Burlap Texture Die, Leaf Mix Die Set) in a fun way. Nothing more fun than to customize every detail!
Using the new Watercolor Brush Markers - Autumn Festival- and Altenew's Watercolor paper, I am able to find the perfect color for the flowers and leaves.
The distressed edges of the kraft burlap die cuts are the anchor of the embellishments on the page. However, a bit of ink blending (Frayed Leaf Mixed Media ink) just helps to make the details of the die cuts stand out and bring contrast to the page.
The new Enjoy The Ride Chipboard stickers and Alpha complete the title work of the page. A few drops of Antique Gold Metallic Ink Spray complete the page. I have created a video to see how the page comes together; You can watch it here, or in the Altenew's YouTube channel:
