Rennie Roses Stamp Set Inspiration
Hello and welcome to the Altenew Scrapbook Blog today. It's me, Sandra and I'm sharing some fun inspiration with the Rennie Roses Stamp Set. I also used the Rennie Roses Mask Stencil and different inks from Altenew. I created a card, a handmade notebook, and a scrapbook layout. Let's have a look at the projects. I hope you will find some great inspiration for your next projects.
Project 1: Thank You Card
First, I made a square card from white cardstock. Second, I stamped three roses and leaves onto the front of the card with Jet Black Crisp Dye Ink. Third, I used the Rennie Roses Mask Stencil and the Lagoon and Volcano Lake inks from the Sea Shore Mini Cube Set to color the stamped roses. I used daubers with the ink on the stencil, gently dabbing the ink onto the cardstock. Fourth, I colored the leaves with Frayed Leaf Crisp Dye Ink. Fifth, I stamped the sentiment 'Thank you so much' onto white cardstock and adhered it onto the card with foam pads.
Project 2: Handmade Notebook
The second project is a handmade notebook. I cut 10 pages from white cardstock. And then I used a needle and thread to bind the notebook. Then I stamped roses and sentiments onto the cover and the back of the notebook. I also stamped sentiments from the One Day At A Time Stamp Set in between the roses. Furthermore, I used different markers from Altenew to color in the roses and the leaves. I really like the fancy look of my new handmade notebook.
Project 3: Scrapbook Layout
The third project I'm sharing today is an 8.5" x 11" scrapbook page. I went for a whimsical look to document one of our travels to London, UK.
I stamped roses and leaves onto the background. In addition, I added stitched details with my sewing machine. I also added some stickers that I bought from a craft store in London. Furthermore, I added bits and pieces of a patterned paper from the Live Your Dream Scrapbook Collection.
Finally, I added sequins and enamel dots onto the scrapbook page.
