I received this stamp set or one very similar that has a extra stamp that said made by yuki ( well my full name) and I was just in an envelope when I didn’t even make an order. I thought that was the coolest thing I have ever had happen to me. To think a company pays attention to their customers like that is so amazing! And I have received a second different one since! That is why Altenew will always be my favorite company! I appreciate them for everything they do already for their customers but this was just above and beyond! Thanks so much it meant/means so much to me especially while I was dealing with so much in my personal life at the time.

I sent in a chat on the poor quality of stamped image and have not heard back. Now that I read the reviews I understand I am not the only one who struggled with the same problem with this set. Unfortunately, I somehow also ordered 2 sets, so am doubly disappointed!!

I was really disappointed in the quality of these stamps . I initially thought that perhaps there was something I should so differently or maybe even try a different ink but after reading some of the reviews on here , I feel like the stamps are just poorly made - the wording on the stamp itself does not protrude enough . I would Add a photo but I’m actually not at home at the moment but I can add later if necessary

I usually love all of my new Altenew products but unfortunately this stamp set was disappointing. The engraving of the sentiments wasn’t deep enough into the stamp so I only got bits & pieces of the sentiments on my images. I read the reviews & product description so I tried stamping the image multiple times using my Misti & different inks but I was still unable to get a usable image. Some of the words didn’t seem to be engraved at all.

Not happy, writing does not show up well.
