Layout Using Extra Special Stamp Set

You might have noticed how much I love flowers. They seem to make an appearance on my pages quite often. I decided to create my own background by stamping the floral image on the top and bottom of the page. I used the Rose Quartz and Puffy Heart Crisp Inks for the flowers, and the Frayed Leaf and Forest Glades Inks for the leaves. The white card stock I used has a textured side that shows through the stamped image, but I like the look of it.

Several layers of patterned papers from the Reflection Scrapbook Collection were used to back the photo, which was also adhered down with foam tape for more dimension. I added a mix of embellishments around the picture, as well as wood buttons and enamel dots.

The Extra Special stamp set includes a variety of sentiments that are perfect for card making but also scrapbooking. I heat embossed two of them on some patterned paper and placed them by the stamped images.
